WHAT IS KLN?
The Kingdom Leadership Network is a Christian fellowship designed to support and empower fivefold ministry gifts and ecclesiastical leaders in the church. At its core, KLN is a mentoring and coaching fellowship led by Dr. Dana Carson and his highly skilled team of leaders with the skill sets and tools that will help leaders to reach their goals in a more productive manner. Through the fellowship of empowerment, KLN does not seek to supersede the leader’s current affiliations and denomination, but work alongside ecclesiastical leaders as they fulfill their call to ministry. The Kingdom Leadership Network will empower leaders to be more effective in their ministry organization and vision execution in the 21st century.
The Kingdom Leadership Network will assist fivefold ministry leaders in Kingdom building:
- Kingdom theological education
- 21st century church growth and development
- Skillset development (personally and organizationally)
- Leadership development
- Global ministry involvement

Through training, coaching, and Kingdom-focused resources, we equip leaders to face the challenges of modern ministry, ensuring they have the tools to lead confidently, build sustainable ministries, and make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond. Ultimately, KLN serves those who are passionate about building a stronger, more vibrant Church that reflects the values of the Kingdom of God in every aspect of life and ministry.
